What’s a workshop? What’s a retreat? Which one is right for my business?

Every year there is an emphasis from advertising companies, brands, wellness professionals, and many others to create a “new year, new you.” Which is great, I’m all for goal-setting and dreaming up what a fresh year could look like. What I’m not big on is creating unrealistic resolutions that I plan on breaking 5 days into the new year, making myself feel guilty and crappy.

Along with wonderful teams, I lead productions for fashion houses in NYC, music festivals with Cold War Kids in Utah, road shows through the Grand Canyon with Carlton from Fresh Prince, multi-day festivals with the Black Eyed Peas at Formula 1 racing in Melbourne, Australia, and cross-country road trips with a bacon-fueled motorcycle.
