Bash for Brains is an annual fundraising event supporting the Bash for Brains Fund and the Alzheimer’s Association. What began as a backyard gathering of close family and friends evolved into a 300+ guest fundraising experience — raising more than $750,000 over its first decade.

KQ & Co. (formerly Balanced Roots Retreats) partnered on event production in 2022, 2023, and 2024, helping scale the experience while preserving the heart behind the mission. From logistics and vendor management to onsite execution and guest flow, our role focused on creating a seamless, high-impact environment that honored both the cause and the community supporting it.
